Ran up memory grove.  Up canyon was 15:14 and down canyon was 12.35.  Overall run time was 27.49 and a 7.85 min. mile

Ran the 3.5 miles in 27.32.  15.34 on the way up and  11.98 on the way down for 7.8 overall.  It felt good today.  No problem breathing.  I just concentrate on taking nice deep breaths.

Ran today in 27:32,  !5:30 up and 12:02 down.  8.7 mph up and 6.9 coming down.  Not bad for a guy who's almost 50.

Not as fast today.  Ran 27:53.  15:33 up and 12:20 on the way back.  Had a little difficulty breathing on the way up.  No problems on the way down.

Felt really off today.  Did the run in 29:40--slowest I've ever done this route.  Just got to push a bit harder.

I had oral surgery on Wednesday and had to lay off running for a few days.  I ran this morning and it felt good to be back out.  I did 3.2 miles in 28:40, not stellar but not bad for being on the rebound.

Shaved a few minutes off my time.  Ran 3.2 miles in 25.45 min.  I'd like to try to get this down to 24 min. within the next two weeks.  I know I need to run more than twice a week, but life gets crazy sometimes.  I'm finally down to my optimal weight.

The heat really got to me today.  We ran the uphill section in 14.30 and the downhill in 11.30 for a 26 min 5K.  Not bad, but I was really beat.  I've got to start carrying water with me.  The Sjogren's really hits hard when it gets this hot.
