Ran the 3.5 miles in 27.32. 15.34 on the way up and 11.98 on the way down for 7.8 overall. It felt good today. No problem breathing. I just concentrate on taking nice deep breaths.

Not as fast today. Ran 27:53. 15:33 up and 12:20 on the way back. Had a little difficulty breathing on the way up. No problems on the way down.

I had oral surgery on Wednesday and had to lay off running for a few days. I ran this morning and it felt good to be back out. I did 3.2 miles in 28:40, not stellar but not bad for being on the rebound.

Shaved a few minutes off my time. Ran 3.2 miles in 25.45 min. I'd like to try to get this down to 24 min. within the next two weeks. I know I need to run more than twice a week, but life gets crazy sometimes. I'm finally down to my optimal weight.
