The heat really got to me today.  We ran the uphill section in 14.30 and the downhill in 11.30 for a 26 min 5K.  Not bad, but I was really beat.  I've got to start carrying water with me.  The Sjogren's really hits hard when it gets this hot.

Shaved a few minutes off my time.  Ran 3.2 miles in 25.45 min.  I'd like to try to get this down to 24 min. within the next two weeks.  I know I need to run more than twice a week, but life gets crazy sometimes.  I'm finally down to my optimal weight.
